We received a lovely thank you message from a lady in Raunds that we wanted to share
Kat was crossing the road near the Red Lion pub in Raunds today where she came flying out of her wheelchair.
“I would like to say a huge thank you to the two ladies and two gents, who all stopped for me to help me up and got me safely across and calmed me down, as I was quite worked up thinking I was in the way and causing hassle.
Such a lovely group of people and I would like to make sure their kindness is noted.
As a disabled person it takes a lot of courage to go out alone for this exact reason and all 4 of them were just the kindest souls! Thank you!
I got to my destination safely and unharmed thanks to these lovely people x
If they see this, I’d like to buy you some flowers or a pint or something just to say thanks, so please do get in touch x
